1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ship Something™ (“shipsomething.com”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Ship Something™ is a voice-first AI product development platform. It includes the Ship Something™ web application (subscription-based) and the Ship Template production-ready foundation (one-time purchase). Features, pricing, and availability may change as the platform evolves.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@shipsomething.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Ship Something™ offers Starter and Pro subscription tiers billed monthly or annually. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Ship Template License
The Ship Template is a one-time purchase granting a single-user, non-transferable license to use the template code in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You receive lifetime updates to the template. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template source code.
6. AI-Generated Content
You own the outputs generated by Ship Something™'s AI agents (PRDs, copy, code suggestions, brand assets). Ship Something™ retains the right to use anonymized interaction patterns to improve its AI models. AI outputs are provided as-is and may require your review before use in production.
7. Voice Data
Voice interactions are processed by ElevenLabs for speech synthesis and recognition. Audio data is streamed in real time and is not permanently stored by Ship Something™. See our Privacy Policy and ElevenLabs' terms for details on voice data handling.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Ship Something™ to:
- Generate malware, exploits, or code intended to compromise systems
- Produce spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications
- Create content that promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activity
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's proprietary models
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data (projects, PRDs, brand assets) for 30 days. Ship Something™ may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms. The Ship Template license survives termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship Something™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
